Other worlds & strange disappearances Live in space is perhaps the most exciting mystery , ordinary people gave many reports of it, such as: -New Mexico 1964 policeman Lonnie Zamora saw an UFO and two little men , then more policemen arrived and saw him looking at four holes in the ground that left the UFO. – France, 1965 farmer Maurice Masse saw two short strange men standing by a machine, he was shot by a long stick throwing him to the ground. – Green children were found near Woolpit, England. They didn’t know where they were, nor speak the local language and only ate vegetables. The boy died, but the girl adapted and lost her green color. Later, began telling about her past life. Those are some stories, but the ones that really convinced people were when Neil Amstrom reported “two large mystery things watching them” or also when metal pieces were found by the farmer William Brazel that first was reported as an UFO, then a military plane and finally as a spying equipment from Soviet Union. The government of US never talked again about it, “The Roswell Crash”. Mystery appearances weren’t the only thing aliens did: in 1961 Betty and Barney Hills, in 1975 Travis Walton and in 1989 were reports of aliens trapping people. But aliens weren’t the only disappearances; Bermudas Triangle, in 1945 five military plans weren’t seen again after passing it, in 1986 Martin Caidi entered to it but could return; The Mary Celeste was found sailing with no people but the ship was as if no one has ever been there. Mysterious Monsters Many strange living things on land and in the sea are still mystery, but many people say that they have seen them… “Nessie” is one of the most well-known lake monsters. Since 1930 at least more than 3000 people informed about Nessie but the really first one was in 1933 and 1934 but until 1977 were real white and black pictures of this monster but not all the information given was true, just for having money. Although scientists agree that there is “some kind of living thing” in the lake, not yet proved the loch Ness one. Also, some movies like: Moby Dick and Jaws that made people scream in the movie theaters, but not all these sea monsters stories are only in books or movies as “The giant Squid” reported by a US military ship, or the “Globster” seen in a South African beach. There are also monsters that walk on Earth like The Yeti that lives in the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal and China while Bigfoot is called and “American Yeti”. Although there have been several pictures and a video there have been no specific proof about them.
3. Ancient World Every day new mysteries are study but many of the mysteries come from the early days of our life on earth. One of them is the STONEHENGE, after 5,000 years, it is still standing. There are many questions about the Stonehenge. Many stones were brought from far away. No one knows who built them. Another one is The Easter Island status; it is famous because for over 800 stone statuses, called Moai. They are 1-10 meter long and have similar faces. In 1990 scientists moved this status but took the over 4 years to finish. Mysteries keep happening and discoveries too, one of this mysteries are the Egyptian pyramids in Giza. Also the Great Sphinx and King Tutankhamen are Egyptian mysteries. Some people call Atlantis a lost civilization, Atlantis was a beautiful city that later disappeared under water. Mysteries don’t end here, also in Peru are the Nazca Lines which are very large drawings of animals, they were drawn thousands of years ago and they are being studied. 4. Mind and body The human's body isn't a simple machine and plenty of times mind can control it. Uri Geller in 1970s used his mind. Power to change the shape of metals, read with covered eyes, stop clocks working. Many experts now believe in extra sensory perception. Nostradamus was the earliest person with predictions power with which he predicts world war, deaths of important people and his own death. Some people have strange feelings, mainly dreams, like a girl dreamed of the titanic on the night that happened, David Booth dreamed night after night the plane crash at Chicago Airport, and the night before the twin towers collapsed a woman dream about it. These stories show power but others show frightening things like burning itself for no reason, alight sparkling from the body, fire-walking without pain nor burnt, and lift themselves but all of these are mysteries.
5. Ghosts and past lives. A house in 1863 became famous because weird things happened. In 1928 a couple moved in this house, soon weird things start happening. More than 2000 things were reported during their 5 years in the house while the lived there. In 199 the house was burnt and paranormal started in church. There are many hosts, in India there is the Acheri, which make children sick, in Japan there is the Buruburu, which is a ghost that make people die of fear. Also, in Germany there are noisy monsters which stay after their dead, and there are lots of more ghosts around the world. Dejavu, some people say this when they have seen that before, once a women called Virginia that 100 years ago was Bridey, she knew everything about this other life and had never traveled. Also a girl called Shanty Devi, at the age of four started talking about other life, when she turned 9 she remembered her husband’s name and her parents decided to call him, they soon traveled and visit him, Shanty stayed there for the rest of her life. One of the most interesting stories was the Pollock one; twins were born but were killed by a car. Two more girls were born from the same parents but these girls knew everything about their sisters but when the two older forgot everything about them. 6. Earth Mysteries This last 4 stories talk about unexplained and extraordinary things. The four of them are different types of experiences people have lived, for example, the first one talks about some large circles in a field who appear from one day to another and anyone knows who can do it because they were so perfect for been made by a person, and the second one Is about some fishes that fell into a man´s black garden and when he went outside, hundreds of more living fish fell out of the sky. And this are some of the experiences people said that happens, but for this unknowns things, they look for experts in the themes, who maybe could have an explanation, but when they start to investigate and to do all their procedure, they can´t find an exact explanation for any of them. When went checked out he two little guys besides the strange machine. After a while the machine took off and disappeared into the sky, in Valensole, France 1965 a French farmer was working on crops when he saw two strange guy around a strange looking machine. When the two guys notice him they shot him the lasers that knocked him out for a while. When he could stand the machine was gone. When UFO experts came to interview him, they told him that he saw the same machine that a police man saw on New Mexico. David Lang disappeared in front in front of his family on September 23 on 1880, he was walking to his family when in an instant he was not any more there and he never appears again. The Vaughan children were 2 children that were playing in their house garden and suddenly disappears, many people search for them but they do not appear, some days later they appear sleeping in their garden but the children says they don’t remember anything.

This chapter is about all the supposedly monsters that exist and has some day be seen by any person, the chapter talks about some of the most important monsters of the world like bigfoot, the yeti, nessie and the giant squid.The yeti is a big thing that is half man half animal, it lives in the snow and have been seen by a man that said the yeti was playing in the snow by the light of the moon, but what most people have seen is their footprints in the snow.Bigfoot is the same as yeti but it doesn’t live in the snow but in USA and Canada, this monster have been seen some times and has also some pictures that a man take when he supposedly see it in the mountains under some trees.Nessie is the famous monster of the loch Ness that most of people nowadays know, is probably one of the oldest monsters , the first description of nessie was almost 400 years ago, there were many more description of nessie from that moment until now and it is one the most difficult monsters to see , some of the people that have seen him or take picture of it have lost their cameras or the proves they have about nessie.Giant squid is a very big squid that have been seen in the open sea by some ships they say it was like 18 meters long and it was fighting with a big whale.
THE LOCH NESS MONSTER: recognize as nessie the monster of the loch ness he is one of the most famous monsters. A lot of people from different parts of the world come to the loch ness in Scotland tu watch this incredible monster but only few people could have the possibility to watch only few reports of him the only good prove we have that this monster exist is a picture by doc shiels in 1977
GIANT SQUID: There are some of them but there is story of the US military that they were In a ship and they saw a whale that was fighting with one of this “monsters” they say that the squid was as big as the whale.
THE GLOBSTER: this is like the most unsual monster of all. They say that in south Africa like in the year 1922 some people wath 2 whales fighting with with this strange sea monster, they say that this monster jump from the water an then kick the whales with his tail. The whales won the fight and the dead monster the dead monster was push into the beach by the water. People said that that strange monster don’t have head, has a long neck, shapeless thing and it was very large.
THE YETI: a lot people says that he is the big foot but of the Himalayas my personal opinion is that big foot is the yeti from America I don’t know your opinion. The people that had climbed the Himalayas some of them say they has watched the yeti they described him like 3 meters of tall, this animal stand like a man and has hair in all his body. There is very famous report is of a man called don Williams a British climber, he says that he watjced the yeti playing in the snow like for 20 minutes and then in the morning he saw large footprints BIG FOOT: he is the American version of the yeti. There are stories that tell that the native Americans saw him and called him sasquatch. The reports of the bigfoot are the same thing as the reports of the yeti. There is a story from a Canadian man called Albert ostman a large strange looking monster picked him up and carried him for 3 hours.

When travis was found five days later he was thinner and his arms were cut. STRANGE DISSPEARENCES Some of teh most famous stories of dissapearences are in the bermudas triangle. In 5 dicember in 1945 a military planes were flying by teh bermudas triangles and they semm to be lost. They don’t recognize anything. They phone to the goverment and suddntly the phone was dead . tehy never appear again. On 11 july 1986 a man was flying his plane and in a momento when he was passing through the bermudas triangle all the equipment stop working.and teh sky was dark after being blue He suddently was on teh blu sky agan anda ll teh equipment start working again. He turn himself but he Orly saw blue sky around him.another famous mysteries is the mary celeste that a family Leith new York in 7 of november and another ship Leith new York that day too. Teh other ship found the mary celeste alone in teh middle of the ocean with no one inside. Orly book clothe and furniture were inside but nothing else. David lang a farme was dissapear infront of his family and frieds then he appeard again to his daughter but she couldn’t hear was he was telling and the move to another town. Another story is the vaughan children, they were dissapeard in a playing field for three dyas at the fourth day they appear in the same soccer field and they were sleeping but they didn’t remember anything. English Book Report Mysteries of the Unexplained, By Kathy Burke. 1.1 Other World Science has changer our world. We live longer. We are healthier and our lives are easier. We had improved technology; we travel from one country to other in just hours. We understand much more about the world around us but there is a long list about things that science still cannot explain. Is there life in other worlds? Many people had lived experiences with these strange creatures from the outer space. The are many mysterious stories about UFO and aliens. But the most important and famous of this UFO stories is The Roswell Crash in New Mexico. This story turned people crazy. They started to ask questions like: Have aliens really landed on earth? Is the government hiding important information from us? For years experts tried to find out what really happened at Roswell. But many important government papers have disappeared so we will probably never know de truth.
1.2 Strange Disappearance In strange disappearance they talked about some people that disappeared. For example they talked about the Bermuda Triangle. One time in the Bermuda triangle there where some men flying over it. And all of their equipment stopped working so they called the control center because they didn’t know where they where and after the call they died. Then a lot of ships tried to find them but no one could. There was one case which some kids disappeared in a soccer field for 3 days. At the fourth day the did not remember what happened.

Science has changed our world. We live longer. We are healthier and our lives are easier. We had improved technology; we travel from one country to other in just hours. We understand much more about the world around us but there is a long list about things that science still cannot explain. Is there life in other worlds? Many people had lived experiences with these strange creatures from the outer space. The are many mysterious stories about UFO and aliens. But the most important and famous of this UFO stories is The Roswell Crash in New Mexico. This story turned people crazy. They started to ask questions like: Have aliens really landed on earth? Is the government hiding important information from us? For years experts tried to find out what really happened at Roswell. But many important government papers have disappeared so we will probably never know de truth.

These are not all proved to be real, only some of those are actually famous and attract thousands of visitors per year. 1.7 Earth Mysteries There are many strange things in the world; a situation that intrigues scientists today is the rare meeting with signs around the world. These signs are perfect figures with precise measures almost impossible to be made by human hand, which according to research scientists infer that these signs were hand made by alien. There are many stories that threaten our world letting intrigued. A strange situation that we live were the tide of fire which roasts the trees and annihilate every living thing around, according to the scientific research the cause of this was a black hole. Today there are many things revealed about our past and according to the research we will soon know many things that change our world.

When the machines disappear on the sky, plans were dead because alien machines stand there and damages plants. Also a boy and a girl were found completely green. Later the boy died but the girl grew up and talk about her life. There were important stories like Roswell that was famous of the UFOs stories, located in new Mexico and it was a UFO crash, but we will probably never know what happened. Betty and barney hill were driving and they saw a light in the sky and they could see people inside the machine. Then they suddenly feel very tired so they fall asleep. When they woke up later they were in a different place. Travis Walton was working and the green light pulled travis up into the UFO. 5 days later he was thinner and his arm was cut. ALIEN: Relating to or denoting beings supposedly from other worlds; extraterrestrial UFO: Is a flying object not identified.

Strange disappearances, Mysterious monsters In strange disappearances they talk a lot about unknown disappearances like the Bermuda triangle that many ships and airplanes have disappear there mysteriously. Popular culture has attributed these disappearances to the paranormal or activity by extraterriestal beings. In mysterious monsters we talk about monstrous animals including the famous lonchness monster. We also find out about mysterious lands animals which people claim to have seen.
3. Ancient worlds In this chapter the stories are referred to the ancient buildings that today are in perfect condition. Scientist didn’t know how people made building because In this time there was not enough technology, for example the Stonehenge after 5.000 years it is still standing scientist didn’t know how people brought heavy stones there. The Easter island is on the pacific ocean is famous for more than 800 stones statuses called: MOAI. The pyramids, 100.000 people work for more than 20 years to build the great pyramids. The great sphinx guards the pyramids and is a shape of the face of a king and his body is an animal. King Tutankhamen. Lost civilizations, Nazca lines are located on Peru people think that are made from aliens because they are so perfect to be made from a human.

Live in space is perhaps the most exciting mystery , ordinary people gave many reports of it, such as: -New Mexico 1964 policeman Lonnie Zamora saw an UFO and two little men , then more policemen arrived and saw him looking at four holes in the ground that left the UFO. – France, 1965 farmer Maurice Masse saw two short strange men standing by a machine, he was shot by a long stick throwing him to the ground. – Green children were found near Woolpit, England. They didn’t know where they were, nor speak the local language and only ate vegetables. The boy died, but the girl adapted and lost her green color. Later, began telling about her past life. Those are some stories, but the ones that really convinced people were when Neil Amstrom reported “two large mystery things watching them” or also when metal pieces were found by the farmer William Brazel that first was reported as an UFO, then a military plane and finally as a spying equipment from Soviet Union. The government of US never talked again about it, “The Roswell Crash”. Mystery appearances weren’t the only thing aliens did: in 1961 Betty and Barney Hills, in 1975 Travis Walton and in 1989 were reports of aliens trapping people. But aliens weren’t the only disappearances; Bermudas Triangle, in 1945 five military plans weren’t seen again after passing it, in 1986 Martin Caidi entered to it but could return; The Mary Celeste was found sailing with no people but the ship was as if no one has ever been there. Finally there are disappearances stories that haven’t been able to guess like David’s Lang disappeared waving in front of his family or the Vaughan children 3 days lost until there were found normally asleep.

Many strange living things on land and in the sea are still mystery, but many people say that they have seen them… “Nessie” is one of the most well-known lake monsters. Since 1930 at least more than 3000 people informed about Nessie but the really first one was in 1933 and 1934 but until 1977 were real white and black pictures of this monster but not all the information given was true, just for having money. Although scientists agree that there is “some kind of living thing” in the lake, not yet proved the loch Ness one. Also, some movies like: Moby Dick and Jaws that made people scream in the movie theaters, but not all these sea monsters stories are only in books or movies as “The giant Squid” reported by a US military ship, or the “Globster” seen in a South African beach. There are also monsters that walk on Earth like The Yeti that lives in the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal and China while Bigfoot is called and “American Yeti”. Although there have been several pictures and a video there have been no specific proof about them.
3. Ancient World
Every day new mysteries are study but many of the mysteries come from the early days of our life on earth. One of them is the STONEHENGE, after 5,000 years, it is still standing. There are many questions about the Stonehenge. Many stones were brought from far away. No one knows who built them. Another one is The Easter Island status; it is famous because for over 800 stone statuses, called Moai. They are 1-10 meter long and have similar faces. In 1990 scientists moved this status but took the over 4 years to finish. Mysteries keep happening and discoveries too, one of this mysteries are the Egyptian pyramids in Giza. Also the Great Sphinx and King Tutankhamen are Egyptian mysteries. Some people call Atlantis a lost civilization, Atlantis was a beautiful city that later disappeared under water. Mysteries don’t end here, also in Peru are the Nazca Lines which are very large drawings of animals, they were drawn thousands of years ago and they are being studied.

Power to change the shape of metals, read with covered eyes, stop clocks working. Many experts now believe in extra sensory perception. Nostradamus was the earliest person with predictions power with which he predicts world war, deaths of important people and his own death. Some people have strange feelings, mainly dreams, like a girl dreamed of the titanic on the night that happened, David Booth dreamed night after night the plane crash at Chicago Airport, and the night before the twin towers collapsed a woman dream about it. These stories show power but others show frightening things like burning itself for no reason, alight sparkling from the body, fire-walking without pain nor burnt, and lift themselves but all of these are mysteries.
5. Ghosts and past lives.
A house in 1863 became famous because weird things happened. In 1928 a couple moved in this house, soon weird things start happening. More than 2000 things were reported during their 5 years in the house while the lived there. In 199 the house was burnt and paranormal started in church. There are many hosts, in India there is the Acheri, which make children sick, in Japan there is the Buruburu, which is a ghost that make people die of fear. Also, in Germany there are noisy monsters which stay after their dead, and there are lots of more ghosts around the world. Dejavu, some people say this when they have seen that before, once a women called Virginia that 100 years ago was Bridey, she knew everything about this other life and had never traveled. Also a girl called Shanty Devi, at the age of four started talking about other life, when she turned 9 she remembered her husband’s name and her parents decided to call him, they soon traveled and visit him, Shanty stayed there for the rest of her life. One of the most interesting stories was the Pollock one; twins were born but were killed by a car. Two more girls were born from the same parents but these girls knew everything about their sisters but when the two older forgot everything about them.
6. Earth Mysteries
This last 4 stories talk about unexplained and extraordinary things. The four of them are different types of experiences people have lived, for example, the first one talks about some large circles in a field who appear from one day to another and anyone knows who can do it because they were so perfect for been made by a person, and the second one Is about some fishes that fell into a man´s black garden and when he went outside, hundreds of more living fish fell out of the sky. And this are some of the experiences people said that happens, but for this unknowns things, they look for experts in the themes, who maybe could have an explanation, but when they start to investigate and to do all their procedure, they can´t find an exact explanation for any of them.

ResponderEliminarIn Socorro,New Mexico A New York police man was driving home when he saw a light on one sight of the highway. When went checked out he two little guys besides the strange machine. After a while the machine took off and disappeared into the sky, in Valensole, France 1965 a French farmer was working on crops when he saw two strange guy around a strange looking machine. When the two guys notice him they shot him the lasers that knocked him out for a while. When he could stand the machine was gone. When UFO experts came to interview him, they told him that he saw the same machine that a police man saw on New Mexico. One day a farmer reported seeing on his yard, strange pieces of metal on his crops. He reported that to the police. The police informed to the military. The pieces of metal that they recollected were unbreakable and they found no human bodies on the farm. People started to believe that it was a UFO crash landing spot. A lot of people from different parts of the world come to the loch ness in Scotland tu watch this incredible monster but only few people could have the possibility to watch only few reports of him the only good prove we have that this monster exist is a picture by doc shiels in 1977
GIANT SQUID: There are some of them but there is story of the US military that they were In a ship and they saw a whale that was fighting with one of this “monsters” they say that the squid was as big as the whale.

They say that in south Africa like in the year 1922 some people wath 2 whales fighting with with this strange sea monster, they say that this monster jump from the water an then kick the whales with his tail. THE YETI: a lot people says that he is the big foot but of the Himalayas my personal opinion is that big foot is the yeti from America I don’t know your opinion. The people that had climbed the Himalayas some of them say they has watched the yeti they described him like 3 meters of tall, this animal stand like a man and has hair in all his body. There is very famous report is of a man called don Williams a British climber, he says that he watjced the yeti playing in the snow like for 20 minutes and then in the morning he saw large footprints

1.1 Other World
Science has changed our world. We live longer. We are healthier and our lives are easier. We had improved technology; we travel from one country to other in just hours. We understand much more about the world around us but there is a long list about things that science still cannot explain. Is there life in other worlds? Many people had lived experiences with these strange creatures from the outer space. The are many mysterious stories about UFO and aliens. But the most important and famous of this UFO stories is The Roswell Crash in New Mexico. This story turned people crazy. They started to ask questions like: Have aliens really landed on earth? Is the government hiding important information from us? For years experts tried to find out what really happened at Roswell. But many important government papers have disappeared so we will probably never know de truth.
1.2 Strange Disappearance
In strange disappearance they talked about some people that disappeared. For example they talked about the Bermuda Triangle. One time in the Bermuda triangle there were some men flying over it? And all of their equipment stopped working so they called the control center because they didn’t know where they where and after the call they died. Then a lot of ships tried to find them but no one could. There was one case which some kids disappeared in a soccer field for 3 days. At the fourth day they did not remember what happened.
1.3 Ancient Worlds
We are learning new stories every day. There are reports of alien activity, strange monsters and unexplained stories. The are many stories in ancient times that are difficult to explain now a days. There are many of them. One of these stories is the Stonehenge in UK; many of the heavy stones were built and travelled around 240 Kilometers away from the place they are built. How could they carry this heavy stones 240 Kilometers away? Scientists have no answers, but they deduce that they worked with help and technology from other worlds. Where really perfect civilizations thousands of years ago? Did they have advanced technology? There are many of ancient civilizations with a perfect life. There are many paranormal stories are subjecting our world, a very important and common theme is that of the ghosts. There are many ghosts that appear and frighten many people around the world. The most famous ghost stories are those of Borley Church which became famous because many supernatural things were happening, the fear was stalking around the audience, a different story in India Acheri the specter of how small and lives in a mountain that is the people for sick children. Other strange situations are past lives which specific individuals have lived. A young Irish girl lived this nightmare before taking a past life; many of these stories haunt our world. Scientists are investigating but have no hard evidence of this.

The book says there have been many appearances of monsters creatures, which people are really amused by. Examples are Nessy from the Loach Ness. Big foot, yeti, giant squid, giant shark and others. These are not all proved to be real, only some of those are actually famous and attract thousands of visitors per year.

There are many strange things in the world; a situation that intrigues scientists today is the rare meeting with signs around the world. These signs are perfect figures with precise measures almost impossible to be made by human hand, which according to research scientists infer that these signs were hand made by alien. There are many stories that threaten our world letting intrigued. A strange situation that we live were the tide of fire which roasts the trees and annihilate every living thing around, according to the scientific research the cause of this was a black hole. Today there are many things revealed about our past and according to the research we will soon know many things that change our world.

In this chapter people saw aliens and machines that are from other worlds. When the machines disappear on the sky, plans were dead because alien machines stand there and damages plants. Also a boy and a girl were found completely green. Later the boy died but the girl grew up and talk about her life. There were important stories like Roswell that was famous of the UFOs stories, located in new Mexico and it was a UFO crash, but we will probably never know what happened.
Betty and barney hill were driving and they saw a light in the sky and they could see people inside the machine. Then they suddenly feel very tired so they fall asleep. When they woke up later they were in a different place. Travis Walton was working and the green light pulled travis up into the UFO. 5 days later he was thinner and his arm was cut.

In this chapter the stories are referred to the ancient buildings that today are in perfect condition. Scientist didn’t know how people made building because In this time there was not enough technology, for example the Stonehenge after 5.000 years it is still standing scientist didn’t know how people brought heavy stones there. The Easter island is on the pacific ocean is famous for more than 800 stones statuses called: MOAI.
The pyramids, 100.000 people work for more than 20 years to build the great pyramids. The great sphinx guards the pyramids and is a shape of the face of a king and his body is an animal. King Tutankhamen. Lost civilizations, Nazca lines are located on Peru people think that are made from aliens because they are so perfect to be made from a human.

This chapter is about the power of the mind and body to make weird things. For example: the power of moving things with mind like Uri Geller does. Nostradamus saw the future and predicts real things that happen. Also religious men walk on fire.

A house built next to the borley church became famous because strange things happen in there. Ghosts were seen there and the most famous was an old women that appear in the garden.
